Local Processing & AI

NEXUS utilizes advanced on-device artificial intelligence. All machine learning inferences, including natural language processing (NLP), voice recognition, and predictive routine automation, occur entirely on the hardware you own. At no point are your voice samples sent to the cloud for transcription or analysis. No cloud dependency is required for core functionality, ensuring that your home remains operational and private even without internet connectivity.

Third-Party Integrations

When you choose to connect third-party smart home devices (e.g., Philips Hue, Sonos, Zigbee devices), NEXUS acts as a local hub. We do not share your NEXUS data with these manufacturers. However, these third-party devices may still communicate with their respective manufacturers' servers according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of the devices you connect.

Analytics and Telemetry

To improve our services, we use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics on our website. These tools collect only aggregate page view counts and non-identifiable system metadata (such as generic OS version metrics). No personal identifiers, IP addresses, or device-specific fingerprints are tracked or stored.
